From the Fail Vaults

Seems like I’m having a bit of a brain fail today. That’s what I get for drinking my weight in bourbon. Anywho, here’s your Friday fails . . .
Since Fail Blog seemed to be short on tech related content this week, I decided to dig deep into their archives to procure some “vintage fails.” So let’s start off with this classic (and highly publicized) Segway crash courtesy of our soon to be ousted Prez Bush. The story goes that he forgot to turn it on before he leaned forward.
This next one is a bit of research fail from CNN. Apparently there fact checkers failed physics.
This satellite imagery of North and South Korea’s show’s both countries’ electrical usage. Didn’t L’il Kim Jong say their nuclear program wasn’t for weapons? Diplomacy fail.
One word for this next pic: priceless. Think she needs to buy this book.
Okay, this next one is just insane. In fact, I find it kinda hard to believe, but at the same time I can’t figure out what motive you would have to set this up if it wasn’t true. Thank god Amazon has decided to put an end to this nonsense
Here we have a perfect example of reproduction fail. Though I do have to give it to the little fella for at least understanding basic tech terminology.

And finally, a little off the tech path, but too funny not to include in this week’s vintage collection. It’s a rejection letter from the BBC sent to a man who applied for a job with them as a Web Producer in Gloucester. Leave it to the English to still be courteous when dealing with a madman.
