This stadium in Taiwan is completely solar-powered, and generates enough electricity to not only power 3300 lights and two big screens, but also generates surplus that is fed into the electric grid. To add to this stadium’s green, wild growth that used to be in the area was transplanted to another area, and the materials used for its construction were completely sourced from environmentally sustainable and renewable resources. Not a bad deal.
