Who stole my cheese?

I was in my friend’s dorm room, when I suddenly heard screaming from the kitchen. I quickly rose to investigate. “Who took my cheese?!” yelled my friend’s roommate. They had long suspected their suitemate in the other room of pilfering eggs, butter, booze and the like, but never had the proof to confront her about it. Eventually it descended into a Scooby Doo mystery themed night. It was fun.

In dorms and apartments you share, the fridge is commonly a point of contention. Who gets what space? Is this mine? Can I borrow a tomato? That’s why the modular Eletrolux fridge concept is perfect for dorms. These fridges are actually stackable modules that connect to a single compressor, instead of a series of mini fridges that each have a compressor.

Normal fridges waste a lot of energy, since cold air sinks and each time you open the fridge door, you let the cold air out. With modular fridges, you don’t have that problem, especially with see-through glass doors like the Celsius fridge has. You only open certain sections. Plus, each different module can be set at a different temperature.
